汽轮机组复合凝结水真空除氧热力系统的应用

摘    要:大容量机组采用小汽轮机作动力拖动给水泵的机组,使用复合凝结水真空除氧热力系统可使小汽轮机乏汽加热除凝结水,小汽轮机效率可达100%,而且便于汇集疏水、降低疏水逐级自流至凝汽器的热损失。复合凝结水真空除氧器设置在凝结器内,除氧效果高于压力式除氧器,汽轮机变工况运行时,调整更方便。加热器集中在同一平台,降低了材料的消耗,减少了设备及基建的投资。将变频凝结泵与汽动给水泵联合使用,降低了厂用电,提高了机组效率。

Abstract:For the feed pump unit driven by the small turbine, if the exhaust steam of the turbine heats the condensate, the turbine efficiency can be up to 100% and it is also favorable for collection of drainage and reduction of heat loss of the condenser. If the mixed heating vacuum oxygen supply device is placed within the condenser, its deaeration effect is higher than that of the pressure type deaerators and it is convenient for regulation of the variable conditions of the turbine. All the heaters are centralized on one platform, which can reduce the material consumption and investment on equipment and basic construction. Combining the variable frequency condensing pumps with the turbine driven feed water pumps can reduce the auxiliary power consumption and improve the unit efficiency.
