| 摘 要： | 通过对都江堰灌区水资源状况的分析,提出都江堰灌区实行准流域化管理的目的是为了实现灌区水资源的优化配置,即在尽量减少水资源消耗的同时,追求经济、社会效益的最大化与最优化。其准流域管理机构的主要职能,就是对都江堰灌区的涉水事务实行统一管理。

| Abstract: | The implementation of quasi-basin management in the Dujiangyan Irrigation District aims at realizing optimized allocation of water resources, or producing maximum economic and social benefits while reducing water consumption as much as possible, on the basis of assessing water resources conditions in the irrigation district. The main function of quasi-basin management unit is to carry out unified management of water affairs in the Dujiangyan Irrigation District. |
