| 摘 要： | 本文研究了一种低铬合金白口铸铁,用来生产球磨机磨球,具有耐磨性好、破碎卒低、成本低廉等优点,其性能指标和现场使用寿命均显著优于锻钢球,并可通过恰当的热处理,较大幅度地提高其机械性能,适宜在电力、冶金矿山及建材水泥工业推广应用。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with a kind of low white cast iron, which is used to produce wearing balls for ball grinding mill. It has a lot of advantages such as good wear resistance. low broken rate and cheap cost, The properties and service life are superior to forged steel balls. Its mechanical properties can be improved markedly with the proper heat treatment. It is suitable for electricitic, metallurgical, and building cement industry. |
