曲轴曲拐扭转刚度计算的有限元法

摘    要:在曲轴扭转振动计算中,为了使计算更接近实际,要求曲拐扭转刚度位尽量准确,而过去采用经验公式计算就很难满足这一要求,若采用实测办法又很不经济。现采用有限元法就可以较快且较准的求出曲拐刚度。文中介绍了这一方法的具体过程,并用计算数据与实测进行了对比,证实了这一方法是行之有效的。

Abstract:In study of engine crankshaft torsional vibration, accurate crankthrow torsional stiffness is necessary. Conventional empirical calculation method of crankthrow torsional stiffness is not satisfactory while experimental method is expensive. In this paper finite element method was used to calculate the stiffness and procedure of the method is described in detail. Comparison between calculated and measured data was made and good agreement was obtained.
