铝电解槽内熔体与槽帮间换热系数计算

摘    要:根据贵州铝厂160kA槽的现阶段槽膛内形及计算出的该槽膛内形下槽内衬温度分布规律,反推出槽内17处熔体与槽帮间的换热系数值。这些值的精确度,对贵铝的槽形而言,是很高的。

Abstract:Seventeen convection coefficientsbetweenelectrolyteandledgehave been calculated according to the ledge shape of 160kA alumina reduction cells and their temperature distribution in cell lining at Guizhou Aluminium Factory. These coefficients are very accurate as far as the cell structure adopted by the factory is concerned.
