纳米TiO2在46^#机械油中的稳定性及摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:利用分光光度法研究表面活性剂对纳米TiO2在46^#机械油中分散性能的影响,确定了最佳表面活性剂及其最佳添加量,用四球摩擦磨损试验机比较了不同质量分数,结果表明,油酸对纳米TiO2在46^#机械油中的分散效果影响最为显著,最佳添加量为1.4wt%;纳米TiO2的引入能明显改善46^#机械油的摩擦学性能,当添加浓度为0.6%时,油品的极压性能比基础油提高144%。

Abstract:Effect of surfactants on dispersion stability of nano-TiO2 in No.46 mechanical oil was studied by using absorption spectrophotometry. The tribological properties of No.46 mechanical oil formulated with different mass ratios of nano- TiO2 were investigated on MJ-800 four-ball machine. The results showed that oleic acid represented the most stable disperse effects and the best mass ratio was 1.4%. The tribological property of No.46 mechanical oil was obviously improved by the addition of nano-TiO2. Compared with No.46 mechanical oil, the load-carrying capacity of the lubricating oil formulated with 0.6% of nano-TiO2 increased by 144%.
