基于LABVIEW自动控制测纳米材料的电性能

摘    要:以测量纳米薄膜材料La0.7Sr0.3MnO3的电阻-温度特性曲线为例,着重介绍以LABVIEW为平台的虚拟仪器技术对测量仪器的自动控制、数据读取和处理。与传统仪器相比,虚拟仪器技术将传统仪器与计算机联系起来,扩展了原有仪器的功能。而且,LABVIEW的自动控制技术也大大地提高了研究人员的工作效率。

Abstract:Automatic controlling, data acquisition and processing for the resistance-temperature characteristic curve of nano-thin La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film using virtual Instruments technology based on LABVIEW were investigated. Comparing with traditional instruments, the original functions of Virtual Instrument were expanded by using computer. Besides that, the work efficiency was effectively improved due to automatic control technology of LABVIEW.
