基于现代信号分析的滚动轴承故障诊断的研究

摘    要:文章利用现代信号分析理论从非线性时频分析(伪Wigner-Ville时频分布)和高阶谱(三阶谱)两方面对滚动轴承故障信号特征的提取加以研究.研究结果表明,伪Wigner-Ville时频分布图能有效地建立故障信息图谱,直观性更强;高阶谱可以很好的检测出非高斯故障信号的信息.

Abstract:Based on modern signal theory, selection of fault signal characteristic of rolling bearing is studied from two aspects such as non-linear time frequency analysis and high-order spectrum analysis. Pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution and three-order spectrum are also presented. The results shows that pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution chart is efficient in establishing fault information atlas and high-order spectrum analysis can get the characteristic information of non-gauss fault signal accurately.
