摘    要:三氮唑环为抗真菌药物的基本药效基团,为探索芳香醛缩氨基三氮唑的合成条件,以4-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑与芳香醛为原料,在冰醋酸催化下合成了9种芳香醛类希夫碱,收率71.6%~92.3%,并通过元素分析、IR和1H NMR确定了目标化合物的结构。其中几种鲜见文献报道。同时讨论了影响反应收率的因素。

Abstract:Triazole ring is basically the effective group in antifungal drug.In order to know the synthesis conditions for adding a triazole ring to aromatic aldehyde,nine aromatic aldehyde Schiff bases were synthesized from 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole and aromatic aldehyde using acetic acid as the catalyst in yield of 71.6%~92.3% and the target compounds were identified by elemental analysis,IR,()~1H NMR.Some of the compounds synthesized in the work were rarely reported before.The factors affecting the reaction were discussed.
