| 摘 要： | 黄河流域水资源模型系统由模拟模型，优化模型，水资源数据库系统和图形显示系统四个部分组成，是评价水资源规划方案和分配政策的重要工具。以节点为基础进行流域的水资源供需分析和用水费用效益分析是模型的主要功能，模型的数据驱动特点使它具有较强的通用性和灵活性。

Its main functions include water demand/supplyanalysis and water benefit/cost analysis of both nodes and the basin.As a data-driven system,it is quite versatile and flexible. |
