摘    要:某公司2号汽轮发电初细运行中5号瓦轴振突然增大,经全面分析原因,通过直流电阻和交流阻抗试验,判断为发电机转子匝间短路引起振动。解体检查发现,转子绕组中嵌有一个螺栓引起线圈匝间短路,处理后转子试验数据合格,枳细投运正常,振动消失。还对制造、安装、运行和维护等方面提出了相应预防措施。

Abstract:A sudden severe vibration fault occurred in No.5 bearing of No.2 turbo generation unit. The DC resistance and AC impedance test showed that the turn-to-turn short circuit of rotor winding brought about the vibration of No.2 generation. A bolt which embedded in the rotor winding was found in the process of disassemble and examnine of the generator.After repairing and experiment,the generator unit run in gear and the vibration disappeared. Some precautionary advices on generator manufacture,equipment installation,generator running and maintenance was given in this paper.
