润滑状态及其转化过程的测试方法

摘    要:通过对多种润滑状态测试方法的比较研究,提出了用R-C阻容振荡法来监测滚动轴承的润滑状态。将电容法与电阻法的优点结合起来,且阻容振荡法能实现对全膜润滑,混合润滑与边界润滑状态及其转化过程的监测,并通过实验对滚动轴承的润滑状态及其转化进行了测试研究。

Abstract:A electrical resistance|capacitance (R-C) method was presented to investigate the lubrication states of rolling bearings, after compared eight measurement methods. With the combination of the advantages of electrical resistance method and that of the capacitance method, the electrical resistance|capacitance method is able to monitor the lubrication state and its transition process, such as full film lubrication, mixed lubrication and boundary lubrication. Moreover, experiments with such method was carried out to measure the lubrication state and its transition process for a rolling bearing.
