摘    要:本文主要介绍钻削加工有机玻璃,避免出现“烧焦”现象,采用矩形波占孔进刀的工艺方法;并根据流体力学的雷诺力程.导出钻削加工中表面粗糙度与切削液的关系公式.

Abstract:This paper contains two main contents: (1) the charring problem in the boring process of polymethylmethacrylate is solved and a new techmological method of rectangular wave feed is put formard; (2) the theoretical formula of surface roughness of boring process is deduced by using Reynolds eguation.
