全海深ARV水下LED调光驱动电路设计

摘    要:针对于全海深ARV水下LED灯驱动工作环境复杂、电流控制困难等问题,以XL4016为调光驱动芯片、MSP430F149为控制核心,基于数字PID算法设计出对驱动电路输出电流精确控制的水下LED灯驱动,实现高精度调光.优化设计外围电路,完成主要元器件参数计算与选型,并通过实验验证.实验表明所驱动电路输出电流范围为0~4A,控制精度高,误差不超过0.6%,可驱动40 W的水下灯正常工作,驱动LED光强度稳定,且输出纹波电流小、操作简单、效率高,适合全海深ARV复杂的环境.

Abstract:The system of deep sea ARV needs the fine adjustment of the ambient light,and adjustable LED lights are widely used to provide suitable illuminance.To adjust the brightness of the LED lights,a dimmable underwater LED driver that uses a XL4016 as LED driver and uses MSP430F149 MCU as control core was developed based on digital PID algorithm.The external circuit was optimized,the parameter calculation and selection of main components were completed,and the driver circuit was verified by experiment.The results show that the current control error is reduced to not more than 0.6% in the 0 to 4 A current tests,the output ripple current is very small,and the efficiency is high at typical working power(40W output).The controller provides a precise and easy operation way of LED brightness turning for the full ocean depth ARV.
