摘    要:智能制造是制造技术与信息技术的结合,并朝着自动化、集成化、信息化、绿色化的趋势发展.智能制造中的感知、分析、决策等重要环节都离不开状态监测技术.智能制造就是以信息流全局监控为基本线索,通过制造与服役过程的精确调控加以体现,而状态监测传感技术是其中的重要环节.论述了刀具磨损、数控机床健康状态、几何量、智能传动装置及油液状态等在线监测应用中的监测技术,详细介绍了其特点以及国内外的研究热点,并总结与展望了其未来的发展趋势.

Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing is the combination of manufacturing technology and information technology,and it is developing towards automation,integration,informatization and greenness.In intelligent manufacturing,the sensing,analysis and decision-making are inseparable from the condition monitoring technology.Intelligent manufacturing takes the global monitoring of information flow as the basic clue,and is reflected through the precise regulation of manufacturing and working processes.The status monitoring and sensing technology is an important part of it.The on-line monitoring technologies applied in the cutting-cool wear,health state of numerical control machine,geometrical parameters,intelligent transmission device and oil status monitoring were discussed separetely,their characteristics were introduced as well as the corresponding research hotspots at home and abroad.Finally,the development trend in the future was summarized and prospected.
