摘    要:合理选择分布式电源的接入位置和容量,可为配电网提供更多的供电形式、减少电网投资,因此提出了考虑用户电能质量需求的分布式电源的配置规划方法。引入用户满意度指标来衡量敏感用户的电能质量需求,充分发挥分布式电源接入对电压暂降的抑制作用;在此基础上,构建综合考虑分布式电源经济性及用户满意度的配置规划模型;为提高算法求解的精度和速度,采用改进的布谷鸟算法求解模型;最后,构建算例验证了规划模型的有效性。研究成果可用于指导分布式电源的配置规划。

Distributed Power Generation Planning Considering Power Quality Requirements
Abstract:Reasonable selection of the location and capacity of the distributed power generation can provide more power supply forms for the distribution network and reduce the investment in power grid. Therefore, a configuration planning method for distributed power generation is proposed considering the power quality requirements of the users. The user satisfaction index is introduced to measure the power quality requirements of sensitive users, and the effect of distributed power generation access on the voltage sag is fully exerted. On this basis, a configuration planning model is constructed by considering distributed power generation economy and user satisfaction. In order to improve accuracy and speed of the algorithm, the improved cuckoo algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the example is used to verify the effectiveness of the planning model. The research results can be used to guide the configuration planning of distributed power generation.
