摘    要:随着新能源的快速发展,风电并网的规模逐渐扩大,由于风电出力的不确定性,风电消纳已成为新能源发展的主要挑战。考虑常规机组同时参与主辅市场,并融入需求侧资源可中断负荷及用电激励参与辅助服务市场,建立源荷协调的双层优化模型。上层模型以发电成本和弃风成本最小为优化目标,确定常规机组出力和风电计划出力;在上层优化结果基础上,下层针对常规机组调峰能力不足导致的弃风和失负荷情况,考虑用电激励和可中断负荷为备用资源,建立以发电侧旋转备用成本、用电激励成本、可中断负荷成本及失负荷损失和弃风损失的条件价值风险最小为目标的优化模型,得到旋转备用容量优化购买量。以修正的IEEE 6机30节点系统进行算例研究,仿真结果表明所建模型能有效提高系统经济性及风电消纳水平。

Spinning Reserve Optimization of Wind Power Integration Considering Demand Side Response
Abstract:With the rapid development of new energy, the scale of wind power integration is gradually expanding. Due to the uncertainty of wind power output, wind power consumption has become a major challenge for the development of new energy. In this paper, a two-level optimization model of source and load coordination is established by considering the participation of conventional units in both the primary and ancillary services market, and the integration of interruptible load aggregators and electrically-driven aggregators in the ancillary services market. The upper-level model takes the minimum generation cost and curtailment cost as the optimization objective to determine the output of conventional units and wind power planning. On the basis of the upper-level optimization results, the lower-level model considers electrical incentive and interruptible load as reserve resources. An optimization model is established to minimize the spinning reserve cost, the electrical incentive cost, the interruptible load cost, the conditional value risk of the loss of load and the loss of wind abandonment. The capacity of spinning reserve is optimized. A modified IEEE 6-generator 30-bus system is studied as an example. The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the system economy and the level of wind power consumption.
