气电联合系统的协同规划方法及应用

摘    要:鉴于传统规划方法分析单一能源系统存在的不足,提出了一种气电联合系统的协同规划方法,其考虑了天然气系统和电力系统的安全运行约束,以总投资成本、运行成本及碳排放成本最小为目标,建立了气电联合系统的协同规划模型,并采用改进的粒子群算法进行求解,最后对IEEE39节点系统和12节点天然气系统构建的算例进行分析。结果表明,与独立规划相比,气电联合系统协同规划所得规划方案总成本更低,碳排放量也更小。

Research on Collaborative Planning Method of Combined Gas-electric Systems
Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of traditional planning methods for analyzing single energy systems, a collaborative planning method for gas-electric combined systems is proposed, which considers the safe operation constraints of natural gas systems and power systems. By minimizing the total investment cost, operation cost and carbon emission cost, a collaborative planning model of gas-electric combined system is established, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the examples of IEEE39-bus system and 12-bus natural gas system are analyzed. Compared with the independent planning method, the results show that the total cost and carbon emissions of the planning scheme obtained by the collaborative planning of the gas-electric combined system are lower.
