液压升降坝启升机构的优化与改进

摘    要:液压升降坝(闸门)在城市河流景观工程中应用广泛,在不同的地质条件、水流流态和运行工况中,逐渐优化改进该新型闸门结构、启升机构,以便更好地运行和检修。基于马勒里举升机构,提出一种六连杆机构作为液压升降坝(闸门)的启升机构,并利用ANSYS软件分析结构的应力、振动及稳定性,为类似工程提供了参考。

Optimization and Improvement of Lifting Mechanism of Hydraulic Lift Dam
Abstract:Hydraulic lift dam (gate) has been widely used in urban river landscape constructions. For better operation and overhaul, it''s necessary to optimize and improve the structure design and lifting mechanism of Hydraulic lift dam (gate) under various geological conditions, flow regime and working conditions. Based on the Mallery pattern lifting mechanism, this paper introduces a type of six lever-assembled mechanism as the lifting mechanism of hydraulic lifting dam (gate). And then software ANSYS is used to analyze the stress, vibration and stability of the mechanism, which provides reference for similar projects.
