摘    要:为合理评估病险水库除险加固治理效果,针对病险水库除险加固特点,分别从除险加固设计与施工方案、除险加固效果、除险加固综合影响3方面选取28个影响因素,建立评价指标体系,应用改进的层次分析法,采用三标度作为各层次评价指标的比率标度建立比较矩阵,确定各评价指标的权重,进而建立各评价指标的隶属度矩阵,构建模糊综合评价模型。对湖北省某病险水库除险加固效果评价结果表明,评价结果与实际情况吻合,模型具有可行性。

Application of Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Evaluation of Treatment Effect of Disease Dangerous Reservoir
Abstract:In order to reasonably evaluate the effect of reinforcement for dangerous reservoirs, according to the characteristics of reinforcement for dangerous reservoirs, 28 factors are selected from three aspects of design and construction scheme of reinforcement, comprehensive effect and impact of reinforcement for dangerous reservoirs, An improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to establish an evaluation index system. Three scales are adopted as evaluation levels. The ratio scale of indicators is used to establish comparison matrix for determining the weight of each evaluation index. Then the membership matrix of each evaluation index is obtained to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation results of a dangerous reservoir reinforcement in Hubei Province show that the results are consistent with the actual situation, and the model is feasible.
