富浆胶结砂砾石抗冻性能试验研究

摘    要:胶结砂砾石作为一种新型筑坝材料抗冻性能较差,采用富浆胶结砂砾石作为胶结砂砾石坝防渗保护结构材料,探究了外加剂对富浆胶结砂砾石抗冻性能的影响,通过冻融试验分析了冻融过程宏观特性,利用压汞试验、扫描电镜和X-Ray衍射试验,探求了富浆胶结砂砾石的冻融破坏的微观机理。试验结果表明,富浆胶结砂砾石冻融过程是水化产物结构由密实到疏松的过程,掺加外加剂对富浆胶结砂砾石的冻融破坏起到了很好的抑制作用。

Experimental Study on Frost Resistance of Rich-slurry Cemented Sand and Gravel
Abstract:As a new type of dam material, cemented sand and gravel (CSG) is poor in frost resistance. Using rich-slurry CSG as the impervious and protective structure material of CSG dam, to explore the effect of additives on frost resistance of rich-slurry CSG, the macroscopic characteristics of freeze-thaw process were analyzed by freeze-thaw test. The microcosmic mechanism of freeze-thaw damage of rich-slurry CSG was explored by mercury injection experiment, scanning electron microscope and X-Ray diffraction experiment. The results show that the process of freeze-thaw of rich-slurry CSG is a process of hydration product structure from dense to loose, and the addition of additives plays a good role in inhibiting the freeze-thaw damage of rich-slurry CSG.
