摘    要:为实现碾压混凝土运输与浇筑过程中多参数实时监控,提出碾压混凝土运输浇筑过程集成监控的解决方案,建立基于3D WebGIS的碾压混凝土坝料运输浇筑过程监控平台。通过围绕"信息感知-采集传输-实时监控-报警反馈"等关键环节,以现场物联网为基础,依托云服务器,在三维可视化施工大场景下集成碾压混凝土运输、浇筑、温度相关信息,使碾压混凝土从拌合楼出机口产出后全程受控。实例应用体现了碾压混凝土坝料运输浇筑过程监控平台的实用性、及时性及必要性,切实提高了现场碾压混凝土的施工管理水平。研究成果具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:In order to realize the real-time monitor of multi-parameters in the transportation and compaction process of roller compacted concrete (RCC), a solution of integrated monitoring of RCC was proposed, and a monitoring platform for the transportation and compaction process of RCC dam materials was established based on 3D WebGIS. By focusing on the key links of "information perception-acquisition-transmission-real time monitoring-alarm feedback" and relying on the cloud server and on the basis of the Internet of Things on the spot, the information related to the transportation, compaction and temperature of RCC is integrated in the large-scale 3D visualization construction scene, so that the RCC can be controlled completely from the outlet of the mixing building. The practical application shows the practicability, timeliness and necessity of the monitoring platform for the transportation and pouring process of RCC dam materials, and improves the construction management level of RCC. The research results have popularization and application value.
