摘    要:尽管现行技术规范规定了大坝安全监测设施的布置要求,但实际上多数设施未布置在病险隐患或险情可能发生的关键部位,监测数据难以全面反映大坝实际安全状况。为了提高大坝安全监测的有效性,有必要对监测设施的布置进行改进设计。在全面了解工程地质条件、结构特点及功能的基础上,采用破坏模式影响与关键性分析技术,识别并分析可能破坏模式,评估破坏模式发生的可能性、破坏事件影响的严重性及侦测与干预的可能性,确定关键值,并针对主要的破坏模式进行监测布置设计。实例应用结果表明,该方法可提高大坝安全监测设施布置的目的性,效果更明显。

Improving Layout of Dam Safety Monitoring Facilities Based on Failure Modes
Abstract:Although the current standard stipulates the layout of dam safety monitoring facilities, most of the facilities are not located in the key locations where potential danger may occur. The monitoring data are difficult to reflect the actual safety of the dam. In order to improve the effectiveness of the dam safety monitoring, it is necessary to improve the layout of monitoring facilities. Based on a comprehensive understanding of engineering geological conditions, structural features and functions of the dam, failure mode effects and criticality analysis are used to identify and analyze the probable failure modes, evaluate the possibility of the failure modes of the dam, the severity of the damage and the possibility of detection and intervention, determine the key values, and design monitoring layout for the main damage. The application case show that the proposed method can improve the purpose of dam safety monitoring facilities and the effect is more obvious.
