摘    要:为缓解风电随机性对系统安全运行的影响,引入风电惩罚成本,建立了风电与抽水蓄能电站联合调度优化模型,模型以总发电成本最小为目标函数,考虑了N-1条件下的网络安全约束及风电、火电、抽水蓄能等一系列约束条件,并采用简化N-1安全验证的方法,提高了求解效率。以改进的IEEE30节点系统作为仿真系统,分析了不同情景下系统调度结果。结果表明,所提模型可防止因机组出力调节不及时带来的线路越限问题,并在满足相应的安全约束条件下,可有效降低系统运行成本,减少弃风。

Abstract:In order to alleviate the influence of wind power randomness on the safe operation of the system, the wind power penalty cost is introduced to establish the optimal dispatching model of wind power and pumped storage power station. The model takes the minimum cost of the total power generation as the objective function, and considers the network security constraints under N-1 conditions and a series of constraints such as wind power, thermal power, pump storage and so on. And the method of simplified N-1 security verification is adopted to improve the efficiency of the solution. The improved IEEE30 node system is used as the simulation system to analyze the system scheduling results in different scenarios. The results show that the model can prevent the problem of line overrun due to the failure of the unit, and the combined operation of wind-thermal-pumped storage is able to effectively reduce the system operating costs and the abandoned wind under meeting the corresponding security constraints conditions.
