大型抽水蓄能机组振动特性分析与评价

摘    要:抽水蓄能机组振动尤其是其水力稳定性直接关系到电站的安全运行,是检验主机设计加工、现场安装及新机调试等质量的重要验收指标之一。以清远抽水蓄能电站#1机组为研究对象,基于动平衡试验等一系列现场试验,结合旋转机械振动测量评价ISO标准和机组自身特性,评价分析了#1机组振动特性。结果表明,采用长短叶片转轮设计明显降低了无叶区压力脉动和水导轴承座振动,且其振动性能优于常规叶片转轮。利用现场动平衡试验解决了发电机转轴振动及轴承座振动由质量不平衡所导致的振动超标问题,在最优工况下#1机组上导、下导轴承座振动位移均小于16 μm,三导摆度位移均小于148 μm,即便处于50%负荷稳态工况其振动幅值仍处于A/B区。

Abstract:The vibration of pumped-storage unit, especially hydraulic stability is direct related to the safe operation of power plant, so vibration has been one of the important acceptance indicators to check the quality of design and manufacture on-site installation and commissioning of main equipment. This paper takes unit #1 of Qingyuan pumped storage power station as the research object. Based on a series of field tests such as dynamic balancing, combined with the ISO standards of rotating machinery vibration measurement evaluation and the unit''s own characteristics, the vibration characteristics of unit #1 are evaluated. The results show that the pressure pulsation of vaneless space and vibration of turbine guide bearing housing are significantly reduced by utilizing the splitter blades runner design, which performance is superior to the conventional runner. The problem that the shaft vibration and the bearing housing vibration of generator- rotor being out of standard has been solved through field dynamic balancing test. Under the optimal condition of unit #1, the displacement values of the upper and lower guide bearing vibration are less than 16 microns, and the displacement values of three guide bearing are less than 148 microns. Even under steady state condition, such as 50% load, the vibration amplitude of unit #1 is still in zone A/B.
