柴油机灰铸铁气缸盖热负荷变化规律

摘    要:为解决发动机气缸盖零部件温度梯度过大,热负荷产生的热应力和机械应力叠加导致气缸盖热疲劳失效的问题,通过实测灰铸铁气缸盖鼻梁区温度场分布,追踪气缸盖升温响应及其随冷却液、进气温度等不同影响因素的变化规律,为评估气缸盖热负荷水平和安全性及气缸盖设计与仿真计算提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of excessive temperature gradient of components and parts, thermal stress and mechanical stress superimposed by thermal load leading to thermal fatigue failure of cylinder head, the temperature field distribution in the nose bridge area of the gray cast iron cylinder head and the variation law with different influencing factors are measured. The thermal load level and safety of gray cast iron cylinder head are studied, then the reliability is evaluated to meet the requirements. The research result in this paper can be used as reference for the design and simulation calculation of gray iron cylinder head.
