| 摘 要： | 引黄工程已于2003年10月30日正式投入运营，因此，供水区水价改革对工程能否良性运营，能否充分发挥工程经济效益和社会效益日显重要。文中依据水利部颁布的《水利工程供水价格管理办法》中的有关规定，通过分析引黄工程供水价格与供水区用水户承受能力以及考虑工程建设、管理、运营实际情况，对引黄工程太原供水区水价改革问题进行研究，并提出供水区水价改革的建设性意见。
