摘    要:25Ni-15Cr合金制涡轮盘运行中盘齿断裂的主要原因是模锻温度过高,晶粒尺寸过大,大部分晶界为模锻冷却过程中形成的MC脆性薄片所包复。适当降低模锻温度,并适当降低钛含量和提高硼含量,均有利于增长涡轮盘的使用寿命。

Abstract:The main reason for the tooth fracture on the turbo-disk made of 25Ni-15Cr alloy was the higher die forging temperature which resulted in large grain size and the embrittlement wraps of MC formed at most grain boundaries during cooling of die forging. The service life of the turbo-disk could be improved by decreasing appropriately the die forging temperature, reducing the titanium amount and increasing the boron amount suitably.
