低品位硫铁矿精选试验研究

摘    要:为提高硫铁矿烧渣的铁品位,实现硫铁矿资源的充分利用,对W(S)约为17%和21%的低品位硫铁矿分别进行了实验室和工业精选试验。工业试验结果表明,精选后的硫精矿平均W(S)为51.09%,硫回收率达90.85%;该精矿经沸腾焙烧后,获得平均W(Fe)65.11%、W(S)0.21%的铁精矿,符合炼铁原料标准。

Abstract:Laboratory and industrial experiments of concentration of low-grade pyrite containing 17%and 21%S were carried out,respectively,for increasing iron grade in pyrite cinder and realizing full utilization of pyrites resource. The industrial experiments showed that pyrite concentrate containing 51.09%S was obtained by floatation with 90.85%S recovery.Roasting of the concentrated pyrite produced a cinder containing 65.11%Fe and 0.21%S on an average,which was up to the iron-making raw material specification.
