摘    要:文章介绍了夹套反应釜的类型及受力分析,对夹套反应釜的实际操作受力情况进行了归纳,提出了夹套反应釜内简壁厚的设计关键是确定设计压力.总结出其设计思路和方法,在实际生产中得到验证。

Abstract:The paper introduces the type of lined case reaction kettle and the force analysis,sums up the force state in the practical operation,puts forward that the design of the thickness of inner tube should be based on the design pressure,summarizes the design idea and method,which has been checked in the practice.
