轴流式水轮机叶片裂纹分析与防治

摘    要:针对轴流式水轮发电机组在运行不长时间后,叶片出现大量有规律分布裂纹的缺陷,用有限元法对叶片进行了强度和振动计算;对运行中的机组进行了振动和压力脉动测试,并结合焊接工艺和质量的分析,采取减小叶片根部的应力集中、改变叶片出水边钋缘的几何形状、增大焊缝熔深和熔宽等措施,使叶片裂纹得到了有效的控制:

Abstract:This paper deals with a lot of crack failures in blades of axial_flow hydraulic turbine in operating, and calculated their strength and vibration characteristic by the finite element method. The vibration and pressure fluctuation of turbine's main parts were measured. The working stress and the welding residual stress of the weld zone were reduced by increasing the throat depth and improving welding technolog, so that the blade cracks were prevented satisfactorily.
