酸性膨润土催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

摘    要:以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,在自制酸性膨润土催化下合成了柠檬酸三丁酯。探讨了催化剂的结构特征及最佳催化条件。结果表明:酸性膨润土对柠檬酸三丁酯的合成具有良好的催化活性,最佳工艺条件下,收率可达93.50%。

Abstract:Tri-butyl citrate was synthesized from citric acid and butanol catalyzed by acidic bentonite. The catalytic behavior and the structure of catalyst were investigated in detail. The results obtained show that the acidic bentonite has good catalytic properties on synthesis of Tri-butyl citrate. The yield of tri-butyl citrate can reach 93.50% under the optimal conditions.
