直流电弧炉炼钢工艺及其导电耐火材料

摘    要:系统介绍了各种直流电弧炉的结构差异与荼特点以及对其所需相关耐火材料品种的基本妹化述了不同结构的直流电弧炉所使用的各种耐火制品和散耐火材料的生产工艺条件,原材料选择标准与各自相关的技术指标以及今后改进的方向。

Abstract:The present article systematically introduces the differences of D.C electrical arc furnaces in the censtruction and working features of those furnaces, as well as their basic property requirements for the refractory materials and describes in detail the processing conditions of various refractory products and bulk material used for the D.C EAF in different construction, and criteria for the raw material choice and related technical index as well as the orientation of their improvement.
