灰铁和蠕铁飞轮铸造工艺的改进

摘    要:为提高灰铁和蠕铁飞轮的生产率,将原铸造工艺每型2件、单层布置改为每型4件(小飞轮每型8件)双层布置。工艺改进曾引起铸件变形、尺寸超差问题,经查明原因,并作相应改进后,问题获得解决。工艺改进结果,生产率提高了一倍。

Abstract:In order to increase the productivity of the gray and vermicular iron flywheel castings,the original casting method with one layer of two castings per mould was changed into the method with two layers of 4 castings(8 casings for small flywheels) per mould.The casting method improvement had caused the casting deformation that led to the dimension accuracy beyond allowed limits,and then its reason has been found out and after the corresponding measure was taken the problem was solved.As the result of method i...
