摘    要:我厂180万吨/年催化裂化装置,试运行期间催化剂跑损较大,随着工艺参数的调整,装置渐趋平稳,催化剂单耗也下降.但近来,再生器稀密相密度上升,催化剂跑损变大,本文就催化剂跑损原因做了具体分析,并采取相应措施,有效降低了催化剂单耗.

Abstract:Based on the main fan entrance cylinder type air filter into the plate and frame type air filter, to better protection effect on rotor and blade of the main fan, thereby prolonging the operation cycle of the main fan, effectively reducing the main fan maintenance and repair costs, ensure the stable and long-term operation of catalytic cracking unit, and create a certain economic benefits for the enterprise.
