摘    要:采用非甲苯类弱极性无毒有机物为溶剂,进行沉淀聚合反应制备了三元不饱和氯醇橡胶.实验表明,最佳反应条件为:温度70℃、反应时间6h、溶剂为正己烷;原料环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷、烯丙基缩水甘油醚与催化剂的用量体积比为:70∶9∶3∶3∶3,其中催化剂为体积比100∶160∶12的三异丁基铝、磷酸和N、N-二甲基苯胺.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、TGA和万能材料测试机等手段对三元不饱和氯醇橡胶的化学结构、热力性能和力学性能进行了表征.

Abstract:Adopting a weak polarity non -toxic organic matter of toluene as solvent, unsaturated ternary copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber is prepared by precipitation polymerization. The experimental results show that the proper reaction conditions as follows: reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 6 hours, the optimal solvent for n-hexane. The volume ration of epoxy chloropropane, epoxy ethane, allyl glycidyl ether and catalyst is 70 : 9 : 3 3: 3. Among them the volume ratio of catalyst for triisobutylaluminium, phosphate and N, N- dimethyl aniline is 100 : 160 : 12. Unsaturated ternary copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber is characterized by respectively using the fourier transform infrared spectrum, thermal analysis and mechanical property determination methods.
