绵茵陈中绿原酸的提取方法研究进展

摘    要:绵茵陈为菊科植物滨蒿或茵陈蒿的干燥地上部分,绿原酸含量高,可作为提取绿原酸的重要原料.文章介绍了绿原酸的结构、理化性质和生物活性,并对绵茵陈中绿原酸的溶剂提取法和超声波辅助提取法等提取方法进行了综述,以期为绵茵陈的开发利用提供参考.

Abstract:Herba Artemisiae scopariae is the dried aerial part of compositae plant Artemisia scoparia Waldst.et Kit and Artemisia capillaris Thunb, which has abundant chlorogenic acid. It is an important material for extracting chlorogenic acid. The structure, physicochemical properties and biological activity of chlorogenic acid were introduced. The extraction technologies of extracting chlorogenic acid from Herba Artemisiae scopariae, solvent lixiviation and ultrasound - assisted extraction, were summarized. It provided a reference for comprehensive utilization of Herba Artemisiae scopariae.
