赤泥提铁制陶粒技术

摘    要:每生产1吨氧化铝排除1.5 t赤泥,其成分是工业广泛使用的原料.文章介绍了新开发的技术路线,通过对赤泥颗粒及组成分析,经多级滚筒筛分离后,采用电磁多级磁选,最大限度将铁氧化物分出,再压滤成干料,回收碱和水,最后将剩余的铁、铝、硅、钙的氧化物煅烧成陶粒.将赤泥全部利用,无二次污染,投资低、效益好,推广价值高.

Abstract:Alumina production 1.5 tons per ton from red mud, its components are widely used in industrial raw materials. The paper introduces the new technology of development, through the analysis and composition of red mud particles, the multi drum sieve separation, using electromagnetic multistage separation, the iron, aluminum oxide separated, then press into dry, recovery of alkali and water, the iron, aluminum, silicon remaining oxide calcining haydite. The red mud all use, no two pollution, low investment, good benefit, high popularization value.
