| 摘 要： | 文章通过管道上阀门开、闭的工况说明水锤产生的原因,从水锤产生的四个阶段逐步分析,确立对于长输管路的水锤的初步计算,同时就现行项目中的苯乙烯长输管路的案例进行了初步的计算及分析,从而从工艺角度提出初步解决或预防方案.

| Abstract: | The paper described the cause of the water hammer by analyzing the working condition when the shutoff valve on and off, analyzed the four phases of water hammer step by step, established the preliminary calculation of the long distance pipeline and calculated the water hammer pressure increase lbr the long distant pipeline of styrene in the existed project, then proposed the solution or preventative actions for the water hammer. |
