| Abstract: | The reliable and safe supply of petroleum and natural gas is the foundation of sustainable development in China. The safety consideration on natural gas storage and transportation is one of important aspect of the energy development. In the paper, the importance and the problems of safety situation of petroleum and natural gas storage and transportation, and the related technologies of security were described, and also the main proposal was submitted.
