摘    要:建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法同时测定鞋用胶粘剂中酮类有害物质的分析方法.样品以正十一烷为内标物,经乙酸丁酯提取,以选择离子(SIM)进行定性定量分析.发现3种酮类化合物在4~320 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.99,平均回收率为90%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.1%~4.1%,检出限(LOD,S/N≥3)为0.01 g/kg.

Abstract:A simultaneous determination method was developed for quantification and confirmation of ketone harmful substance in shoe-used adhesives by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It nsed undecane as internal standard. The 3 kinds of ketone hamlful substance were extracted with butyl acetate, and then determined by GC-MS under the selected ion mode (SIM). The calibration curves showed good linearities in the range of 4-320 mg/L with correlative coefficients (r) larger than 0.99. The average recoveries were 90 %-102 % with relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) of 2.1%-4.1%. The limits of detection (LOD, S/N≥3) were 0.01 g/kg.
