基于行为安全管理在机械加工业中的应用分析

不安全行为是导致事故的主要原因。控制不安全行为,提高员工素质,形成良好的安全行为习惯,构建良好的安全文化氛围,减少生产安全事故。文章介绍了行为安全管理(BBS)方法,行为观察方法,ABC行为分析方法,行为纠正等具体实施程序,并应用到机械加工车间的安全管理中。通过对机械加工车间员工为期一个月的行为观察,采集统计数据分析发现,行为安全管理方法在纠正员工不安全行为,构建良好的安全文化氛围,提高企业安全管理水平有明显效果,对预防和较少事故有实际意义。

Application Analysis of Behavior-based Safety Management in Mechanical Processing Industry

Unsafe behavior is the main cause of the accident. Control the unsafe behavior, improve the quality of the staff, form the habit of good safety behavior safety culture building good atmosphere, reducing safety accidents. The paper introduces the behavior safety management （BBS） method, observation method, ABC method for the analysis of behavior, the correct behavior of the specific implementation procedures, and applied to the safe management of the mechanical processing workshop. Through observation of mechanical processing workshop employees a month long behavior, collecting statistical data analysis found that, behavior based safety management method in the correction of employee＇s unsafe behavior, safety culture building good atmosphere, improve enterprise safety management level have obvious effect, it is of significance tbr the prevention of accident sand less.
