摘    要:面向装备制造业的发展和东北老工业基地对机械设计制造及其自动化工程人才的需求,贯彻“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的理念,以知识传授为基础,以能力培育为重点,以道德养成为根本,注重知识、能力、素质的全面协调发展,在4~5年内,完善“3+1”校企联合人才培养模式,制订适合工程人才培养的人才培养方案和课程体系,探索学生企业学习阶段的教学方式方法及学生管理制度,在双导师制、研究性教学和学习方法、工程实践训练和校企合作培养政策机制等方面进行改革.创新教学管理体制和机制,构建运行高效、监控有力、反馈及时的教学质量保证体系.

Abstract:For the development of the equipment manufacturing industry and the base of northeast old industry demand for talent in mechanical engineering and automation engineering, implementation of the "planning" Excellence Engineer education idea, the knowledge as the foundation, in order tocultivate the ability to focus, to moral cultivation as the fundamental, focusing on knowledge, ability, quality of the comprehensive and coordinated development, in 4-5 years, perfect "United talent 3+1" school enterprise training mode, develop training programs and the curriculum system for the training of engineering talents talent, explore students enterprise learning stage teaching way and student management system, reform the double tutorial system, the study of teaching and learning methods. practical cooperation training and enterprise culture policy mechanism etc.. Management system and mechanism of innovative teaching, construct efficient, powerful monitoring, timely feedback of teaching quality assurance system.
