| 摘 要： | 由于合成氨气化原料由渣油改为天燃气,气化炉的烧嘴由以前的共环式烧嘴改为三流道烧嘴.由于气化炉炉温的变化升高、循环水量不足、焊接水平低、以及安装水平所限,使烧嘴使用寿命降低.

| Abstract: | Because of synthetic ammonia feedstock residual oil is replaced by natural gas, gasification furnaee burner by COANNULAR burner to previous three channel burner. Owing to the increased, gasification furnace changes of circulating water shortage, low level of welding, and installation of the level limit, the burner is the reduction of the service life. |
