压缩机出口缓冲罐接管失效分析及修复

摘    要:压缩机出口缓冲罐接管不可避免会有振动特征,是裂纹较易形成的地方.对某公司氢压机出口缓冲罐接管泄漏进行了分析,结果表明泄漏是由于接管振动引起的疲劳裂纹所致.对修复方案进行了探讨,提出了有效的筋板修复方案.

Abstract:The characteristic of oscillation exists inevitable in joint tube of surge tank in compressor outlet. Cracks can be formed easily resulting from the oscillation. Analysis was conducted to the leakage of joint tube of surge tank in H2 compressor outlet in a company. The results indicate that, the leakage is caused by fatigue crack induced by oscillation of joint tube. The repair methods were discussed. An effective repair approach by using slabs was raised to prevent the joint tube form fatigue failure.
