摘    要:重点研究了磺化原料预处理技术对减少酸渣、提高石油磺酸盐收率及质量的影响。原料油经过预处理后,脱除了易产生酸渣的胶质沥青质,降低了酸渣生成量,增加了芳烃含量,提高了磺酸盐收率。同时由预处理的原料油制备采油用磺酸盐的界面张力均达到1×10-3mN/m要求。

Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on the influence of the pre-treatment technology for raw oil on acid residues reduced as well as both the yield and quality improved. That the raw oil is pretreated results in colloid asphaltene, which produces acid residues easily, removed, the volume of acid residues reduced, content of aromatics increased and yield of the sulfonates improved. Interracial tension of the sulfonates, used for petroleum production prepared from the raw oil pretreated, is up to requirement of 1x10-3 mN/m.
