摘    要:采用聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)对脂肪族多异氰酸酯进行亲水改性,研究了MPEG的分子量、用量和合成工艺对可水分散多异氰酸酯同化剂的异氰酸酯(NCO)基团含量、粘度、水分散性及其对双组分水性聚氯酯涂料性能的影响.比较了形成氨基甲酸酯和形成脲基甲酸酯的改性路线的特点.

Abstract:The methoxypolyethylene glycols (MPEG) were employed to modify aliphatic polyisocyanates. The influences of the molecular weight and amount of MPEG and different synthesis processes on the content of isocyanate (NCO) groups, viscosity, water dispersibility of the resultant modified potyisocyanates and the properties of two-component water-borne polyurethane coatings were investigated. The water dispersible polyisocyanates bearing urethane groups and those containing allophanate groups were compared.
