油田注水阻垢缓蚀剂的研究

文章简述了以多胺、长链脂肪酸和磷酸酯为原料合成的含膦咪唑啉季铵盐衍生物,用动态实验法对其在延长油田杏子川采油厂郝家坪注水联合站的油田回注水中进行了阻垢及缓蚀性能研究,结果表明：该药剂具有非常好的阻垢和缓蚀性能.在50℃,投加药量为20 mg/L时,其阻垢率达到80％以上,腐蚀速度为0.06024 mm/a,缓蚀率达到78％以上,腐蚀速率低于SY/T 5273-2000规定的小于＜0.076 mm/a的要求.

Research of Oilfield Water Injection Corrosion Inhibitor

The paper described the synthesis of phosphine containing imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt derivatives with the polyamine, long chain fatty acid and phosphate ester as raw material. The scale and corrosion inhibition performance of the Yanchang oilfield Xing Zi Chuan oil production plant of Hao Jiaping injection combined with station of oilfie｜d reinjection water treatment using dynamic experiment method. The results showed that the agent has very good pertbrmancc of corrosion and scale inhibition, at 50 ~C and Dosage of 20 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate reached more than 80 %, the corrosion rate of 0.06024 ram/a, the inhibition rate of more than 78 %, the corrosion rate is lower than SY/T 5273-2000 the provisions of smaller than 0.076 mm/a requirements .
