水性环氧固化剂的制备研究

摘    要:文章采用环氧树脂E-44和聚乙二醇400为原料合成改性环氧树脂,然后与三乙烯四胺反应制备水性环氧固化剂.研究表明:改性环氧树脂与三乙烯四胺质量比为2∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2h,制备的水性环氧固化剂性能优良.

Abstract:A waterborne epoxy curing agent was prepared by triethylene tetramine (TETA) and modified epoxy resin which was synthesized by reaction of epoxy E-44 with polyethylene glycol(PEG-400). The result showed that when the mass of the modified epoxy resin and TETA was 2 : 1, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ for 2 h, the curing agent performed well.
