| 摘 要： | 盐耗是衡量纯碱生产水平的一项综合性技术指标,采取有效措施降低盐耗,对降低生产成本,强化工艺操作,提高经济效益具有重要的意义.文章分析了氨碱法制碱生产工艺中盐耗产生的工序和影响因素,提出了降低盐耗的具体方法.

| Abstract: | Salt consumption are all-around technical targets of the soda ash production, it is significant to adopting a virtual measure of lowering salt consumption ,which has reduced of prime cost, strengthened technical skill and increased economic benefit. The influencing factors of salt consumption in soda ash production processes were analyzed and tile methods of lowering salt consumption were introduced. |
